We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Head of IT

to lead technology initiatives for a leading
Fashion & Retail organization in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation, strengthening IT infrastructure, enabling business growth through technology, and delivering innovative solutions across retail operations.

The role requires a technology leader with robust experience in retail IT ecosystems, digital platforms, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business agility.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, networks, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Drive technology adoption across retail operations, stores, e-commerce, and corporate functions.
- Manage and optimize retail technology platforms including ERP, POS systems, CRM, inventory management,



and omnichannel solutions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as automation, analytics, AI, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure robust IT governance, data security, compliance, and risk management practices.
- Lead IT projects from strategy and planning through implementation and delivery.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and service providers.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide technology leadership and insights to senior management and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum
10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles
