Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Chandigarh, India. The Field Sales Representative will identify and visit prospective business clients, present Growchip AI’s software solutions, and clearly communicate product features and benefits tailored to client needs. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, and negotiating terms to close deals.



The representative will maintain relationships with existing clients, gather feedback to share with internal teams, and prepare regular sales reports and market insights. Collaboration with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and support go-to-market initiatives is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications
- Proven ability in field sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in software or technology solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Basic understanding of software, AI, or digital solutions and interest in learning more about technology-driven products.
- Effective time management, territory planning, and documentation skills to manage visits, leads, and follow-ups.
- Comfort with on-site client visits in and around Chandigarh and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
