About The Role
We're looking for a Founder's Office Associate who enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, and building systems that scale. You'll work directly with the founders to grow Amazon brands, improve internal operations, and use AI to automate repetitive work. Every day will be different—you'll execute, experiment, analyze data, and help build better processes. No prior Amazon experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is curiosity, ownership, and the ability to learn fast.

What You'll DoGrowth & Operations
- Manage and optimize Amazon marketing campaigns.
- Improve product listings and launch promotions.
- Track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer insights.
- Communicate with clients and ensure smooth execution.

Founder's Office
- Work closely with the founders on high-impact business projects.
- Solve operational challenges across different functions.
- Build processes that improve speed and efficiency.
- Document workflows and create playbooks for the team.




- Support strategic initiatives and execute them end-to-end.

AI & Automation
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude in your daily work.
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
- Test new AI tools and workflows.
- Help design AI-powered systems that allow the business to scale without adding unnecessary manual work.

What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.
- Willing to work in the US time zone (up to 1:00 AM IST).
