Role Description
The Bakery Pastry Commi 1 or DCDP role is a full time, on-site position located in Shaikpet. The role involves preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts according to company recipes and quality standards. Responsibilities include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating bakery equipment safely, ensuring proper storage of raw materials, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. The individual will assist senior pastry chefs, support daily production schedules,



follow food safety and hygiene regulations, and help with inventory checks and basic ordering needs. Collaboration with the kitchen team to meet production targets and maintain consistent product quality is essential.

Qualifications
- Practical experience in bakery or pastry preparation, including basic knowledge of doughs, batters, and dessert finishing.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and safe operation of bakery equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately, manage time effectively, and work efficiently during busy periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude toward learning from senior chefs.
- Willingness to work on-site in Shaikpet with flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as required.
- Formal culinary or bakery training/certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
