Job Summary:

The Senior BSS Solution Architect will design, govern, and drive the modernization of the customer-facing and revenue-generating IT platforms. You will be the primary technical authority for transforming commercial business requirements into highly scalable, cloud native BSS solutions. Your mission is to optimize the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle, improve time-to-market for digital products, and simplify the monetization of next generation services.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End BSS Architecture: Own the target-state architecture and high-level designs (HLD) for CRM, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Omnichannel Commerce, and Billing platforms. Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Optimization: Streamline complex customer journeys across lead management, product selection, pricing, order capturing, and contract generation. Product Catalog Governance: Design unified Enterprise Product Catalogs (EPC) to ensure seamless mapping between commercial offers,



billing plans, and downstream technical service catalogs. Revenue & Monetization Design: Architect convergent charging (CCS), rating, and billing engines capable of processing traditional subscriptions, pay-per-use, and B2B/B2C multi partner settlement models. Order Management & Decomposition: Design intelligent order management solutions to decompose commercial customer orders into orchestratable network requests. Standardization Compliance: Enforce TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and Open APIs to drive microservices-based integration and eliminate legacy platform coupling. Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with commercial product owners, marketing, and top-tier BSS software vendors to evaluate and implement platform capabilities.

Required Technical Skills:

BSS Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on architecture experience with at least one major BSS suite (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker, Oracle
