Must-Have Skills
- Robust experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, with recent hands-on expertise in Generative AI solutions such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM-based applications, and AI agents.
- Solid understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals, including transformer architectures, embeddings, prompting techniques, fine-tuning concepts, and the mathematical principles underpinning ML models.
- Proficiency in developing Python-based AI applications that integrate with LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI/Azure OpenAI), with experience building scalable agentic and GenAI solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and AI/ML services (e.g., OpenAI API, GPT, Llama et al).
- Expertise with programming languages such as Python, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch,



LangGraph or langChain etc.
- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.

- Knowledge of ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations, and responsible AI practices.
