Key Responsibilities
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products.
- Assist in the development and improvement of new and existing products.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and marketing teams.
- Source and evaluate raw materials, vendors, and packaging options.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare product documentation, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct product testing and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage product development timelines and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in product development or a similar role (Freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply).
- Strong research,



analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management.
- Vendor management and sourcing experience.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Creative thinking with a customer-focused mindset.
