Role Summary

The Executive / Senior Executive – BTL Marketing will be responsible for executing high-impact on-ground marketing activities to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and walk-ins. The role focuses on planning and

executing BTL campaigns such as society camps, mall activations, exhibitions, RWAs, pharmacy onboarding, and other community-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

BTL Planning & Execution

· Plan and execute on-ground BTL marketing activities across assigned locations

· Conduct society camps,



health check-up camps, RWA activations, mall exhibitions, joggers’ park activities, and other local outreach programs

· Execute leaflet distribution, canopy activities, and promotional drives to increase brand awarenessBTL

Camps & Activations

· Coordinate end-to-end execution of health camps including permissions, setup, staffing, and reporting

· Ensure effective on-ground presence and engagement during camps and activations

· Support weekend and Sunday camps as per business requirements

· On-ground Marketing & Partnerships Work on DSA and pharmacy onboarding initiatives under the BTL model

· Coordinate with sales, operations, and channel partners for smooth execution

· Build robust local-level relationships to enhance outreach effectiveness.
