KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition & Outreach
Identify and engage prospective clients through structured outreach telephone calls, written correspondence, field visits, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
Research target accounts thoroughly before outreach to ensure relevance, personalisation, and a compelling first impression
Qualify leads effectively by assessing business challenges, decision-making authority, budget, and buying timeline
Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver solution-oriented presentations that address specific client pain points
Ongoing Client Engagement & Relationship Management
A central expectation of this role is the ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships over the long term. Winning a client is only the beginning keeping them engaged, informed, and satisfied is what drives retention, referrals, and sustained revenue growth.
