As an HR Intern, you will be closely involved in end-to-end HR activities from recruitment to employee engagement, based on ongoing organizational needs. This role is designed to accelerate your learning while enabling you to contribute meaningfully to the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen candidate profiles, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, event planning, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill HR requirements across departments.




- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to adopt an AI-first mindset and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, innovation, and decision-making within the role.
