Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain HIRA (Hazard Identification) procedures for recent projects or processes.
- Provide training on industrial safety, risk identification, accident investigation, and work permit systems to employees.
- Ensure compliance with OHSAS 18001 standards by conducting regular audits and implementing effective HSE management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in EHS role with a focus on industrial safety.
- B.Sc degree in Any Specialization; Diploma holders also eligible.
- Strong knowledge of HSE documentation, including HIRA, Hazard Analysis, Risk Identification, Incident Investigation, Work Permit System.
