Experience: 6 to 12 Years
Primary Skill: AWS Connect / Amazon Connect
Work Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai / Pune / Kolkata / Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Shift: USI Hours

Required Skills
- 6 to 12 years of overall technology consulting/development experience.
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect in large-scale environments.
- Strong expertise in Amazon Connect contact flows and AWS cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lex, Lambda, Python, JSON, and REST/API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, security, scalability, and high availability.
- Strong Python programming and SQL skills.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and GitHub.




- Valuable understanding of Agile methodologies and end-to-end project delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Good to Have
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers.
- Experience in cloud-based contact center transformation projects.
- Knowledge of emerging AWS and contact center technologies.
- Experience with contact center analytics and reporting.
