Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Assistant to join our Finance Team. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience in Tally, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance.
- Oversee general accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Train and guide junior staff in accounting processes.




- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Tally software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication skills (verbal, telephone, and email).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹16,748.60 - ₹25,000.00 per month
