The ideal candidate will drive business growth through cutting-edge digital strategies, performance marketing, brand visibility, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.*

*Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 8 years of experience in the Hospitality / Amusement Park Industry (Hotels, Resorts, Theme Parks, Entertainment, Restaurants, or Travel Industry).*

*Key Responsibilities*

*Digital Strategy & Business Growth*
- *Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.*
- *Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.*
- *Identify new digital growth opportunities across multiple business verticals.*
- *Lead digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.*

*Performance Marketing*
- *Plan, execute,



and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic, and Remarketing.*
- *Monitor and improve ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPL, CAC, and conversion metrics.*
- *Manage campaign budgets efficiently.*
- *Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.*

*SEO & Website Management*
- *Implement on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO strategies.*
- *Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and keyword visibility.*
- *Manage website performance, security, speed, and user experience.*
- *Optimize landing pages to increase conversions.*

*Campaign & Platform Management*
- *Plan integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands.*
- *Manage promotions through OTAs, social media, websites, and digital platforms.*
- *Drive online bookings, ticket sales, and revenue growth.*
- *Ensure consistent execution across all marketing channels.*
