To work as a technical support for manufacturing of parts .Should understand design requirements and ensure the parts are manufactured as per standard/design requirements. Should also supports in giving feedback of part design on manufacturing feasibility at initial design stage.
- Fuel tank, Frame and swing arm welding
- Hands on MIG,TIG,Robo welding, Spot welding, seam welding
- Manufacturing of sheet metal parts and tubular parts and its process setting
- Soft tool, inspection & Assembly fixture design knowledge and its correction
- Documentation of daily work and machine utilisation
- Feedback on manufacturability
- Ability to handle sheet metal machine such as Hydraulic press, Press brake and Shearing Machines in Safe manner
- Knowledge welding process and Sheet metal laser cutting.
