Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet workforce planning requirements.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, campus hiring, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and facilitate selection processes.
- Manage salary negotiations and prepare offer letters.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future positions.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Track recruitment metrics such as:
- Time-to-Hire
- Cost-per-Hire
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Quality of Hire




- Source Effectiveness
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment standards.
- Build relationships with recruitment consultants, educational institutions, and skilled networks.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Talent Acquisition team members.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes through automation and best practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
