with robust expertise in SAP Finance and end-to-end implementation experience.

✅ Finance Close & Group Reporting
✅ Fit-to-Standard (F2S) Workshops
✅ Data Migration & Data Loads
✅ Business Testing (SIT/UAT)
✅ Cutover & Hypercare
✅ Interface Management & Change Requests
✅ SAP Activate Methodology
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard (F2S) Workshops and Fit-Gap Assessments
- Gather and document business requirements
- Support data migration and local data structure collection
- Perform role mapping activities
- Coordinate SIT/UAT and business testing
- Execute Cutover and Go-Live activities
- Provide Hypercare support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and deployment teams
- Prepare functional documentation and ensure end-to-end requirement traceability
Mandatory Experience
- 8+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience
- Minimum 1–2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Strong experience in SAP FI configuration and Finance business processes
- Hands-on experience in interfaces, enhancements, testing, and deployments
- Candidates with predominantly support experience will
not
be considered
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP MM, PM, or PS
- Agile project experience
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
