Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Analyst with solid expertise in Oracle Finance modules and end-to-end business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud implementations, support, enhancements, stakeholder management, and functional solution design.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and support Oracle Cloud solutions across:

Record-to-Report (R2R)

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions.

Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.

Work closely with technical teams during design, testing, deployment, and support activities.

Perform functional testing and validation aligned with business requirements.

Ensure integration best practices between Oracle Cloud and other SaaS applications.

Manage user access, roles, security,



and governance activities.

Participate in requirement discussions, solution reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills

7–10 years of Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud functional experience.

Experience in at least 3 Oracle Finance modules:

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

General Ledger (GL)

Cash Management (CM)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Expenses

Tax

Procurement

Strong understanding of:

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Record-to-Report (R2R)

Experience creating functional documentation and working with technical teams.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

Oracle Cloud implementation experience in multi-country/global environments.

Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ERP Cloud, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
