Job Summary

* Lead and manage end-to-end tendering operations for government and private sector projects.

* Oversee tender identification, bid management, proposal development, compliance review, and stakeholder coordination.

* Maximize business acquisition opportunities and contribute to organizational growth through strategic tender participation.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the complete tendering lifecycle from chance identification to bid submission and post-bid follow-up.

* Monitor and evaluate tender opportunities through Government, PSU, GeM, CPPP, and private procurement portals.

* Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and contractual obligations.





* Develop and oversee the preparation of EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, technical proposals, commercial bids, and presentations.

* Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, and Business Units for bid preparation and documentation.

* Ensure timely submission of compliant, competitive, and high-quality proposals.

* Analyze bid requirements, risk factors, and commercial viability before participation.

* Lead negotiations, clarifications, and interactions with clients, government authorities, consultants, and partners.

* Maintain tender MIS, bid pipeline, submission trackers, and management reports.

* Drive process improvements and establish best practices in tender management.

* Support senior leadership in identifying new business opportunities and expansion initiatives through strategic tender participation.
