- Sorting and tagging candidates based on skills, experience level, location, or industry to facilitate faster searches by senior recruiters.
- Ensure all candidate records are complete and up to date.
- Improve database usability, making it easier for recruiters to find the right talent.
- Maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
- Accurately entering current candidate data and updating candidate statuses during the recruitment lifecycle.
- Regularly cleaning the candidate database by removing duplicates, updating outdated records, and verifying the accuracy of information.
Pay: ₹4,800.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
