Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality breakfast, lunch, and café dishes.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Control inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely service during busy hours.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Experience in Goan, Indian, and Continental cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

SOLIS Café & Restaurant is looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Operate and maintain the espresso machine and grinder.
- Keep the coffee station clean and organized.
- Greet customers and provide excellent service.
- Restock supplies and maintain hygiene standards.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Knowledge of espresso-based coffee.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
