Primary Objective:
- To ensure maximum cash collection and to minimize overdue debt, providing support for the Credit Control Manager and team as required.
- Provide support to the Credit Control Manager and assist team members to ensure group cash and overdue debt targets are achieved.
- Deal with complex issues and take responsibility for end-to-end resolution and escalation where necessary.
