Position: Business Development & Tender Executive
Location: Mahape, MBP, Navi mumbai.

Qualification-Diploma/ Bachelor's degree Engineering/ Bachelor's degree MSC in Chemistry.

Experience : 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Tender Management,

(Experience with GeM, CPP Portal, eProcurement portals, and government procurement processes is preferred.)

Stipend/Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

The Business Development & Tender Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing government and private tenders, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining robust Clients relationships. The role requires hands on e-procurement portals, tender documentation, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors.
- market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective Clients.
- follow up on customer inquiries.




- Prepare techno-commercial Documents.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Tender Management
- Monitor GeM, CPP Portal, eProcurement portals, and other tender websites for relevant opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal team.
- Prepare EMD, PBG, bid security, compliance documents, and declarations.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to customer clarifications.
- Track tender status, bid openings, technical evaluations, and purchase orders.
- Maintain tender records and documentation.
