Eligibility
- JLPT N2 Certified – Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- OR
- JLPT N3 Certified with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Japanese voice process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions in Japanese through voice calls.
- Manage collections-related conversations professionally and effectively.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Additional Information
- Process: Collections (Voice Process)
- One-side cab facility available during odd hours.
- Language proficiency assessment will be part of the selection process.
- Candidates must visit the office for the interview process.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹53,000.00 per month
