Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order updates.
- Respond promptly to emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, and other communication channels.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post-delivery support.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, samples, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Collect customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Order Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, CAD, QC, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Track order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Ensure all customer requirements are clearly communicated to the production team.
- Monitor shipment status and assist customers with delivery-related queries.
- Maintain complete order documentation and communication records.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM software.
- Update customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.
- Generate customer reports and maintain sales pipelines.
- Analyze customer behavior and recommend strategies to improve retention.
- Ensure customer data confidentiality and accuracy.
Customer Retention & Growth
- Develop strategies to increase repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in customer engagement campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain long-term relationships with wholesalers, retailers, jewelry brands, and distributors.
