Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end
IT Procurement
and
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
activities.
- Handle
PR/PO processing
, RFI/RFQ/RFP, sourcing, vendor onboarding, and supplier management.
- Coordinate
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
for commercial contracts such as
MSA, SOW, SLA, Consultancy Agreements, and Professional Services Agreements
.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, IT, Business, and Vendors to ensure smooth contract execution and procurement operations.
- Resolve vendor queries related to procurement, invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
- Maintain contract repositories, procurement documentation, and management reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience
as Procurement analyst or similar position within the Procure-to-Pay function,



preferably in IT Procurement space
- Sound knowledge of IT industry procurements (e.g. hardware, software, services & telecom)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
- Working experience in vendor management
- Hands-on experience in
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
and commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of
RFI/RFQ/RFP
, vendor management, procurement lifecycle, and supplier negotiations.
- Experience with procurement tools such as
SAP Ariba, SAP MM, Oracle, Coupa
, or similar.
- Valuable understanding of invoice processing, accounts payable, and procurement compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
