At Artistic Indians, we are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong understanding of export accounting, documentation, banking, and taxation. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounts while ensuring smooth coordination with banks, CHA, and internal teams. Location will be at Pilkhua - Hapur Factory- 30 minutes drive from Noida Sector-62.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
- Manage export documentation related to Shipping Bills, BRC/e-BRC, LUT, and other export compliances.
- Coordinate with banks for export realization, BRCs, remittances, and banking documentation.
- Prepare and reconcile GST returns, input tax credits, and related compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliation, debtor/creditor reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Process vendor payments, customer receipts, and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, and internal teams for export-related documentation.




- Assist in statutory audits, GST audits, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain accounting records in Tally/ERP and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and company policies.

Desired Profile
- 3-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in an Export House or Manufacturing Company.
- Sound knowledge of Export Documentation, Shipping Bills, e-BRC, GST, LUT, Bank Reconciliation, and Taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounts and compliance activities.
