more reliable study planning and execution, ultimately accelerating time to LPI.

The Digital R&D; - Jr Product Owner - Site Operations will serve as a strategic leader in advancing our Site Operations capabilities, driving creative solutions that directly address the organization’s most critical challenges:
- Accelerate LPI through transformed site selection, planning, and execution
- Reduce operational burden by optimizing site footprint and recruitment planning through AI‑enabled feasibility modernization
- De-risk cross-functional recruitment planning by strengthening critical-path predictability
- Improve financial accuracy in per‑patient clinical trial costs to strengthen budgeting and strategic financial decisions
- Improve site intelligence and forecast alignment across R&D; planning verticals.
