Responsibilities:
A Operational Excellence
1 Support implementation of the respective tools, ensure coherence and uniformity of the introduced
methods and tools in cooperation with the plant manager
2 Participate in the drawing up and defining of the improvement plan for the plant to be looked after
3 Inspect the production areas to be looked after aiming at detecting potentials for improvement in the current
workflow and company organization structure,
do cause analysis and device appropriate measures
4 Participate in the preparation of suggestions for improvement and function as interface to CIP
5 Plan, support and handle little improvement projects with reference to the procedures, logistic conceptions,
processes and systems of work in collaboration with the shop floor areas
6 Help in the creation and subsequent implementation of technical process standards and logistic
procedures in cooperation with the responsible entities taking Forvia ES into account
7 Participate in the corporate improvement process (e.g. Kaizen), guarantee implementation of the
suggestions for improvement and initiate required activities in collaboration with the responsible entities.
8 Participate in working out and introducing methods to extend Operative Excellence in overhead and I2P
processes (e.g. lessons learned)
