The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Handling consumer queries & complaints on social media platforms & chats. Educate current and potential consumer with product and service information. Maintain accurate records. Identify and escalate priority issues to the reporting personnel. Open to Achieving Sales Targets Actively participate in team meetings. Other tasks related to Consumer Service may be assigned. Key Performance Indicators: Handle all cases in a polite, professional manner to offer an excellent consumer experience Probe and troubleshoot consumer queries,
and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution Educate consumers on services and processes Escalate any issues to the Team Leader / Supervisors / Managers Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives Adhere strictly to shift schedules Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures, and processes Work collaboratively with the team Candidate requirements & Skills: A bachelor’s degree from any stream, Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role for social media, chats & email Familiarity with Social Media Platforms Familiarity with Sprinklr Application & Social Media Response management is a plus Passionate about customer care, multi-tasking abilities & problem-solving skills Excellent communication, good typing skill, can foster / drive community engagement on social care and is fluent in spoken and written English A fast learner who can work with set targets Must be time versatile and able to work in a rotational shift system in
