Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly driven Recruiter to join our team. This role involves identifying potential candidates,
conducting in-depth interviews, and presenting suitable candidates to the management.
Our ideal candidate is experienced in candidate search, knowledgeable about various industries, and has a keen
eye for identifying the required qualities.
Ultimately, the role of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and maintains the best executive
talent.
Job Responsibility
 Craft job descriptions tailored to the open positions in the organization.
 Researching and identifying potential candidates through various methods, including networking, social
media platforms.
 Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and fit for the role
 Conducting background checks and verifying references
 Presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiating employment terms




 Assist in all the other work related to the HR Department or as assigned by the management
 Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
 Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
 Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
 Manage the orientation and onboarding procedures for newly hired employees.
 Maintaining employee records and protecting their confidentiality
 Nurture a positive working environment
 Establish an effective recruitment strategy.
Skills, Experience and Qualification Required
 Good writing and analytical skills.
 Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
 Good communication and leadership skills.
 In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
 Previous experience as an HR Recruiter.
 A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
 An eye for details.
