Job Description:

- Oversee project sales activities for steel pipes as AGM/DGM, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue objectives.

- Cultivate relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and government agencies involved in infrastructure projects.

- Lead negotiations for large-scale projects, ensuring competitive pricing and terms.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure productive project execution.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their specific requirements.

- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
