Job DescriptionDeputy Manager – LMS Technology & DevelopmentType: Full-timeRole OverviewThe Deputy Manager – LMS Technology & Development will support the management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the University's LMS platform while coordinating with technology partners and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Support the management, administration, and continuous improvement of the LMS platform.- Coordinate with external development teams for enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution.- Assist in requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities.- Monitor LMS performance, user support, system integrations, and operational effectiveness.- Maintain documentation, reports, dashboards,



and user training resources.- Support implementation of digital learning initiatives and technology-driven enhancements.- Ensure adherence to security, quality, and institutional standards.Eligibility Criteria- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Applications or related discipline.- 3–5 years of relevant experience.- Understanding of Node.Js, React.Js, APIs, Databases, Cloud Platforms, and System Integrations.- Solid coordination, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.- Experience with LMS, ERP, HRMS, or educational technology platforms will be preferred.
