Immediate joiners will be given preference.Role SummaryPolicybazaar is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Zonal Manager to support the Zonal Manager in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and leading high-performing sales teams across the assigned zone. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, in-depth knowledge of the General Insurance industry, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring operational excellence.Key Responsibilities- Support the Zonal Manager in achieving zonal business objectives and sales targets.- Lead, mentor, and develop Area Managers, Territory Managers, and field sales teams to maximize performance.- Monitor sales performance across assigned territories and implement corrective actions where required.- Execute sales strategies,
