Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Coitonic offline store team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness & fashion, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving store sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product selection and styling advice.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Coitonic's gymwear and activewear collections.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual appeal at all times.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory reporting.




- Work closely with the store manager to achieve overall business growth.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales (fashion/apparel/sportswear preferred).
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented.
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic inventory handling.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
