This role involves handling currency exchange transactions, forex cards, international remittances, and ensuring compliance with RBI, FEMA, KYC, and AML regulations.

- Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Forex Operations

- Handle buying and selling of foreign currencies based on customer requirements.
- Process forex transactions accurately, including currency notes, forex cards, and international remittances.
- Assist customers with travel cards, wire transfers, and other forex-related products.
- Monitor daily exchange rates and provide customers with the best available options.
- Maintain accurate records of all forex transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure cash handling accuracy and maintain currency inventory.

Compliance & Documentation

- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
- Adhere to RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, and internal policies related to forex operations.




- Coordinate with banks, authorized dealers, and forex partners for transaction processing.

Customer Service & Sales

- Handle customer inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and email.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Promote and cross-sell forex and travel-related services, including:
- Foreign Currency Notes
- Multi-Currency Forex Cards
- International Wire Transfers
- Travel Insurance
- Visa Assistance
- International Flight Tickets
- International Tour Packages

Reporting & Administration

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports.
- Maintain operational records and support audit requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of foreign exchange operations and currency conversion.
- Understanding of RBI regulations, FEMA guidelines, KYC, and AML requirements.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good numerical ability and cash-handling expertise.
- Attention to detail and transaction accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and forex software.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
- Sales and cross-selling experience in forex or travel services is preferred.

Preferred Background

- Experience in a forex company, travel agency, bank, money exchange, or financial services organization.
- Exposure to international remittances, forex cards, and travel services.
- Prior experience handling customer-facing forex operations.
