Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Business Central/NAV solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with AL development, C/AL, extensions, integrations, and ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV applications.
- Design and develop AL extensions, customizations, reports, pages, tables, and workflows.
- Work with C/AL in legacy Dynamics NAV environments.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Business Central/NAV and third-party applications.
- Work with APIs, Web Services, REST/SOAP, OData, and other integration technologies.
- Perform data migration, configuration, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, QA teams, and technical teams.
- Support Business Central upgrades, version migrations, and implementations.




- Develop technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
- Strong AL programming experience.
- Experience with Business Central Extensions and development workplace.
- Experience with C/AL for Dynamics NAV.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, OData, and integrations.
- Experience with Power Platform is a plus.
- Understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, and Manufacturing.
- Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Business Central SaaS/Cloud implementations.
- Experience upgrading Dynamics NAV to Business Central.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Experience

5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central development, with strong hands-on development experience.
