Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage qualified leads through inbound and outbound calls, referrals, digital

enquiries, exhibitions, roadshows, and other sales channels.

• Understand clients requirements, budgets, investment goals, and preferences.

• Recommend suitable residential and investment properties.

• Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits.

• Follow up with prospects until successful closure.

• Negotiate and close property transactions.

• Build relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.

• Maintain CRM records accurately.

• Stay updated with Hyderabad real estate market trends.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows,



and company initiatives.

• Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an
