into structured one-to-one buyer–supplier negotiation — iterative offer and counteroffer, guided by our game-theory and AI. In this role, you will support the day-to-day
product management activities for this workstream and contribute to bringing a firstclass bilateral negotiation experience to market.
You will help translate business needs into clear product requirements and ensure
smooth coordination between stakeholders and the development team. This is a handson and operational role combining product thinking, structured execution, and crossfunctional coordination. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design
and Customer Success to deliver high-quality product increments and improve the user
experience for both buyers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support backlog management, story writing, refinement, and sprint preparation for the Bilateral Negotiations workstream
- Gather and structure requirements from internal stakeholders and customers on oneto-one negotiation use cases
- Assist in defining product specifications, acceptance criteria, and user flows for thebilateral offer / counter-offer cycle
- Help document the negotiation logic and processes for the bilateral mode
- Coordinate feature rollouts and ensure alignment across teams
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain product documentation and the internal knowledge base
Your Profile
- 2 year of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related field
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar collaboration platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into explicit and structured user stories
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work cross-functionally
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or digital platforms
- Exposure to AI-driven products or negotiation / procurement platforms
- Familiarity with sourcing, contract negotiation, or supplier management processes
- Understanding of product discovery methods and user research techniques
