US Technical Recruiter

Location: Coimbatore (Onsite)

Shift: PST / US hours

Trident Consulting is looking for a strong, hungry, and experienced US Recruiter who can work directly on high-priority US staffing requirements.

This role is for someone who knows how to source, screen, submit, and close — fast.

Must-Have Experience:

✅ Hands-on experience using Linked In Recruiter / RPS license

✅ Solid Direct Client recruiting experience

✅ Experience working with MSP / VMS programs

✅ US staffing experience across IT / technical roles

✅ Strong knowledge of W2 hiring, work authorizations, and candidate closing

✅ Comfortable working PST hours / US shift

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

- Work on Direct Client requirements across IT and Non-IT domains.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using Linked In Recruiter (RPS), Dice, Indeed, Monster, Career Builder, Zip Recruiter, and internal databases.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, networking, referrals, social media sourcing, and cold calling to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification assessments, including experience, communication skills, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
- Submit qualified candidates within required timelines while maintaining quality standards.




- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.
- Manage offer processes, onboarding coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

Candidate Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within ATS systems.

Compliance & Process Management

- Verify candidate work authorization and employment eligibility requirements.
- Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and internal recruitment standards.
- Track recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, and placements.
