Team members work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with exposure to multiple sectors and transaction types.Role Description The Vice President Investment Banking is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves leading deal execution across the full transaction lifecycle, including mandate evaluation, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of pitch books, investment memoranda, and management presentations. Responsibilities include overseeing due diligence processes, coordinating with legal, tax, and other advisors, and managing data rooms and transaction documentation. The Vice President will mentor and supervise analysts and associates, review their analyses, and ensure high-quality client deliverables.



The role also includes originating and developing client relationships, identifying new investment and capital-raising opportunities, and supporting negotiations to successfully close transactions.QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance and Investment Banking, with demonstrated experience in M&A;, capital raising, or private investments.Advanced Financial Modeling skills, including valuation (DCF, trading and transaction comps), scenario analysis, and capitalization structures.Hands-on experience with Due Diligence, including financial, commercial, and operational review, and coordination with external advisors.Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, assess risks, and present clear, data-driven recommendations.Proficiency in creating client-ready presentations and documents (pitch decks, information memoranda, investor materials) using Excel and Power Point.Prior experience at an investment bank, boutique advisory, private equity, or corporate finance team at a comparable level of responsibility.Postgraduate qualification in finance, business, or a related field (e.g., MBA, CA, CFA) preferred, or equivalent practical experience.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop junior team members, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver under tight deadlines.
