The role involves guiding prospective students and parents, managing inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed admissions. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a results-oriented mindset to support students in making informed academic decisions while contributing to institutional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead ManagementMake 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databasesHandle inbound inquiries via phone, Whats App and email professionallyConduct cold calling and ensure consistent follow-ups on leadsMaintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systemsTrack daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, conversions, enrollments)Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targetsAdmission CounsellingCounsel students and parents on academic programs, eligibility, admission procedures, fee structures, scholarships,
