The Finance & Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The person in this position will handle TDS & GST-related work, including invoice validation, filings, and compliance documentation,



as well as coordination with auditors and consultants.QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance, including basic financial analysis, budgeting support, and understanding of financial controls.Hands-on experience with TDS and Goods and Services Tax (GST), including returns, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.Ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements, with attention to accuracy and regulatory requirements.Experience in Account Management, including accounts receivable/payable, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.Familiarity with Sales-related finance activities such as invoicing, receipts tracking, and coordination with sales teams on collections.Proficiency in Tally Prime accounting software, MS Excel, and basic reporting tools.Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) are an advantage.Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
