CÉ LA VI Mumbai is seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our venue, drive performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with our brand standards.
General Manager Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of venue operations to drive performance, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment focused on development and engagement.
- Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute the venue's strategic business plan, aligning with CÉ LA VI's brand objectives, core values, and annual goals.
- Drive the growth and engagement of the venue's membership program, building a strong and loyal community.
- Maintain full accountability for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously elevate the guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within a high-end hospitality or F&B; environment.




- Previous experience managing or working within high-end membership clubs or private lounges is highly preferred.
- Robust commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth, including membership-based business models.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
