Hiring: Senior Fashion Consultant | Luxury Couture

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Consultant who understands luxury retail, styling, relationship building, and high-value sales.
What You'll Do

- Consult clients on wedding, occasion, and luxury wardrobe requirements
- Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences
- Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with styling, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage appointments and maintain detailed client records
- Mentor and support junior consultants when required

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion, couture, premium retail, or bridal/groom wear
- Strong styling and client relationship skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities




- Proven sales performance in a target-driven environment
- Ability to understand client preferences and deliver personalized recommendations
- Passion for fashion, luxury, and customer experience
