The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory control, budget management, employee training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaboration with chefs, suppliers,



and other departments to enhance guest experiences is a key aspect of this role.QualificationsProficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management, with a strong understanding of menu planning and quality assuranceExcellent Customer Service skills along with the ability to resolve guest concerns effectivelyExperience in staff Training and development to maintain high performance standardsStrong Budgeting expertise, including cost control and financial planningStrong organizational and leadership skills to supervise and motivate a teamKnowledge of health and safety standards and compliance guidelines within the food and beverage industryBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in food and beverage management within a hospitality setting is an advantageAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
