Team members work closely with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners to drive long-term value creation.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investor Relations Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Investor Relations Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors, handling regular updates, queries, and information requests. Responsibilities include preparing investor presentations, quarterly reports, fund performance summaries, and other communication materials. The role involves coordinating investor meetings and events, managing data rooms, and supporting fundraising activities and roadshows.



The Investor Relations Manager will collaborate with investment and finance teams to analyze portfolio performance, synthesize insights, and ensure timely, accurate reporting to all stakeholders.QualificationsStrong foundation in finance, investments, and financial modeling, with the ability to interpret and communicate fund and portfolio performance.Proficiency in investor relations, including managing investor communication, expectations, and long-term relationships.Advanced analytical skills to review financial data, market trends, and portfolio metrics and convert them into clear, actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing investor decks, reports, and professional correspondence.Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; CFA or CA or similar certification is an advantage.Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, asset management, or related financial services is preferred.High attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines on-site in Coimbatore.
