This role involves overseeing day-to-day workshop operations, including job scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of services. The Operations Executive will monitor service quality, implement standard operating procedures,



and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with technicians and detailing staff, tracking inventory and supplies, and ensuring that equipment and materials are available and properly maintained. The role also involves interacting with customers and partners as needed, preparing basic reports on operational performance, and collaborating with management on planning and execution of new services or initiatives.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily workflows, resource planning, and process optimization.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track performance, interpret operational data, and support data-driven decisions.Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to work effectively with team members, technicians, and customers.Relevant experience in automotive services, service operations, or workshop management is highly beneficial.Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high standard of service quality.Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, operations, automotive, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
