This role is responsible for supervising a team of 4–5 call center representatives handling outbound and inbound sales calls for our online gaming and RMG platform. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing call handling, guiding team members on complex customer queries, conducting coaching and feedback sessions, and maintaining accurate reports on key metrics such as conversion rates, response time, and customer satisfaction.



The Team Lead will coordinate schedules, assist with training, support process improvements, and collaborate with management to implement best practices on the sales floor.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and customer service skills to lead teams and handle diverse customer profiles in a gaming/RMG environmentExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English to provide clear guidance, handle escalations, and coordinate with internal stakeholdersSolid analytical skills to interpret call center metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvementsProven track record of maintaining or improving conversion rates and service quality2–3 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role in RMG, fantasy sports, fintech, or online gamingAbility to manage team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and thrive in high-volume, target-driven operationsProficiency with call center software, CRM tools, and basic office applicationsDiploma or degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
