This role demands robust coordination across project teams, analytical skills, and proficiency in construction methodologies and documentation.Key Responsibilities Planning Develop detailed construction plans with defined timelines, milestones, and objectives. Prepare and manage project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project. Coordinate resource allocation for labour, equipment, and materials. Conduct risk assessments and maintain a risk register. Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular progress updates. Lead review meetings and publish dashboards to monitor project health. Drive continuous improvement through performance evaluation and process optimization.
